circular shrug progress

well, i guess i'm having slow and steady progress... i have a bit more than 5.5" of mock rib... so far i've made 2 mistakes (forgetting to slip rather than purl), and the place where i had to switch to the new skein of yarn is a bit funky looking... hopefully that'll smooth out during blocking...
part of me wants to start on the lace-up opera gloves cuz now that i have the ribbon, i'm dying to use it somehow. plus we're in the heat of nhl playoffs (go sharks!)...
eta: just wanted to say that i'm up to 6.5" of mock rib... just 13.5 more to go! oh boy...
