change of plans... plus more pics

k, so my mom changed her mind about the 2 scarves she wanted. instead, when we went to the lys, she a sample scarf that she decided she liked instead. the yarn is crystal palace splash, so it's just a fun yarn. the scarf is just garter stitch so it's not exactly challenging to make. i think right now it's around 18" long...

eta: well, finished the scarf... i just used up the entire skein (94 yds) and the finished product is around 60" long...
