hockey fever...

k, so progress on the danica scarf is going slowly... i think it's around 50" long... i'm running low on oxford grey, and since that's the main color, i can't see the scarf being too much longer than 60", which is an okay length i guess
but onto the hockey news... since playoffs are just around the corber (and i have my fingers crossed that the sharks can hang onto a playoff spot) i started on a pair of hockey skate baby booties. i'm almost finished with the first bootie, and i hope it all turns out ok... the idea is really cute, but i think i'm gonna change up the blade part... we'll see what i can come up with, i guess
eta: i finished one bootie - it's so freaking cute! mad love... probably won't work on the other bootie until tomorrow, but we'll see... and i did end up changing the blade up a bit. i added he white part that attaches the blade to the boot to make it look better... :sigh: soooo in love!
